Charming second floor Studio Condo just half a block from the beach!
Everyone is welcome to come stay!
A short 3-4 minute walk will take you to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk away too. Casinos and other attractions are less than 3 miles from condo and easily accessible via your vehicle or uber/lyft.

This condo features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve. Including a coffee maker with coffee, sugar, & creamer, & a toaster. oven. Please note there is a 2 burner stove & NO full sized oven in the unit. However, there is a large toaster oven that will fit a 9x13 casserole dish & small cookie sheets (provided).
Queen size bed with linens. Full bathroom, washer & dryer in unit. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided in shower for your use.
There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, Apple TV so you can log into your accounts, and wifi available for your use.
The property has 2 in ground pools, a playground, and gym available for your pleasure.
You will have easy access to the unit with a keycode lock. Come and go whenever you like! Check in at your convenience with no need to meet anyone.
Sorry no smoking inside and no pets!

You will have private use of the entire condo. You will also have access to the two community in ground pools. As well as the community gym and playground.

Please note there are train tracks fairly close to the building (another condo building and road separate this condo from the tracks). You can hear the trains a few times a day/night.

These condos are across the street from the beach. Beach views in parking lot! You are also within walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. Major casinos are two miles away. Keesler AFB is two miles away.
