The space is a funky loft studio apartment, that has recently been completely renovated. It is well appointed and feels functional and light due to the loft bed arrangement, and the large windows. Decorated with great furniture, a super comfortable bed and luxurious linens and towels. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. There's also a large heated towel rail in the bathroom.

PARKING:
You're a couple of minutes walk away from the Victoria street Carpark , the cheapest car parking building in central Auckland . Weekend Nightrates from 6.00pm Friday to 6.00am Monday are $2/hour with a maximum of $10 for any period. Weekdays is $4.00/hour with an all day max. Price of $24/day.
There is also: City Hop cars , in the same building , level 6 they are hireable by the hour for holders of nz driving licenses, with a few days needed beforehand to get the system set up. ( Tel 08002 CITYHOP )
NOTE:
Just as a “Heads up”, generally our cute little Alley is during all the weeknights very quiet, with no traffic noise at all either. But on the weekends, hence there is a lively little Bar outside (great for drinks & people watching) which has generally quite acceptable noise levels, but depending on the patrons and which way the wind blows, my sincere Apologies in advance, if you strike a noisy lot.
(We have installed thick noise-reduction curtains for the window and have provided some Earplugs, up next to the bed, if you are a light sleeper)

Many Art Galleries and Albert Park with adjacent Auckland University near by, too.
This apartment is located about as central as you can get, it is also only 5-10 minutes walk down to the water at the bottom of Queen Street, to the Viaduct, Ferry Building, Downtown Shopping Centre, Supermarkets, many Luxury Retailers, Brittomart, the central Train station & Skycity Convention-Centre.
Auckland has a great variety of cuisine and you are perfectly situated to be within walking distance to most of it!
There is also a city farmers market "la cigale" every Saturday& Sunday from
8.30am-12.30pm, just down the road on ("Te Ara Tahuhu Walkway") Brittomart which is well worth checking out!
