Located a block from the Mystic River on the Stonington side of Historic Downtown Mystic. A two-bedroom, two bath condominium in a 21 Unit thoroughly-renovated four story brick schoolhouse that was originally built in 1909. The building became a condominium is 2004. Grounds are professionally landscaped, everything is well maintained with ample off-street parking.
The Condo: Fourth floor unit with elevator and stair access. There are eight 12’ windows with the unit facing the North side towards Mystic Seaport. High ceiling with loads of room, comfortable and quiet.
The Space: Over 1200 sq ft with two very private bedrooms both with queen size beds. Unit has all amenities including cable and WIFI. Full kitchen, bar, dining room table and den area. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Private shared picnic area outside. The place is very private, convenient and most of all comfortable.
Interaction with Guests: I am available messaging, phone, text or email. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and at ease in my home!
Getting Around: A five-minute walk to the center of town-Mystic Drawbridge and dozens of great local restaurants, shops and attractions. A stones throw from Mystic Seaport and a 3 minute drove to Mystic Aquarium. Mystic Amtrak station is also a 5-minute walk.
Area Attractions: Other regional destinations including Foxwoods Resort Casino, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Fort Griswold, Stonington Borough, Watch Hill and Misquamicut State Beach are all with a 20-minute drive.
