Awesome 2nd floor studio condo within walking distance to world-famous Sun Valley lodge and village. It is small (roughly 450 SF), but has a full kitchen, bath and deck (shared with next door unit). Quiet, quaint, and easy living! Enjoy the Sun Valley amenities, including the Inn pool*, Olympic Pool, and the exercise facility, and all the surrounding beauty of this gorgeous mountain town.

One of the best things about this condo is the location and the proximity to Sun Valley village. It’s less than a half mile to walk or ride up to the Inn pool, workout facility, shops, and restaurants. There is a new restaurant called Village Station that has pizza, salads, pasta, pub food and it is terrific. You are also just a mile from Ketchum, where there are amazing restaurants, bike paths, shopping, etc.

Access to the Inn (Challenger) pool, Inn workout facility... there is a deck right outside your door to enjoy morning sun and evening snacks. Please read the below information regarding the Inn pool and the requirements to make reservations during the Covid-19 pandemic.
***Inn Pool***
The Sun Valley Inn pool is heated year-round. Includes men‘s and women’s locker rooms adjacent to the pool & fitness center with shower room amenities. Reservations required. Reservations are scheduled for a maximum of 2 hour time periods throughout the day and is based on available occupancy in each area. Reservations can be made by calling the Pool & Fitness reception desk at 203-622-2139 from 7 AM - 8 PM daily. Recreation Pass is required at time of check-in.
