Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath ski-in/ski-out condo is in an unbeatable location in Highlands Westview complex, which offers ultimate convenience in all seasons.

The condo is centrally located in the main skier plaza, a short distance to the lifts and just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. You have immediate access to all the resort amenities, and fantastic value in this fully remodeled and exceptional residence.

Our condo is beautifully furnished and is perfect for multiple families as it features dual en suite master bedrooms. It will be an instant home away from home for you while on your vacation! The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances and granite counter tops, an ideal design for making delicious meals while on your vacation.

On-site amenities at Highlands Westview include: underground garage parking, and year around pool and hot tubs. Access to these amenities is included in your stay.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked April 21, 2020, or earlier): A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
