- Quiet inside, but outside it, in this centrally located neighborhood of WILLIAMSBURG, it's definitely a "hub" as it is very close to the Bedford Stop and Williamsburg bridge (which goes to Manhattan).
-The apartment is 4 min away from the L and G Trains, and 7 min away from the J and M Trains.
-Many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores just steps from the apartment.

お部屋
The apartment is shared with *you* and Matt, the roommate. His room is on the opposite end of the apartment from yours. I live upstairs in the other apt.
You will have your own private entrance from the exterior to your own private room.

Things to note:
- There's a backyard!
- Plenty of street parking
- nearest laundromat is 30 seconds away.

その他の特記事項
(If you want to book the room for longer than the calendar shows as available, send me a message and I'll open up the calendar - looking for a longer term tenant ultimately but accepting shorter term stays in the meantime!

エリア

Brooklyn 、ニューヨーク、アメリカ合衆国

"Here, I recommend a few of my favorites around my very own neighborhood: the Lorimer stop on the L train, which makes it easy on all you townies to find all these places.
My dad does not have to fret about his Starbucks, because right on Grand St., one can find a Porto Rico Importing Company, the only one in Brooklyn. They sell everything you need to brew your own fantastic coffee, but there’s also a cute little stand in the back that sells drinks and a great patio in the back with free wireless to do homework. Unique to the area is 2nd Stop Cafe, a kitschy little place that makes coffee and pretty good breakfast food. They have glazed blueberry muffins. These muffins belong on Morgan Freeman’s bucket list. You should eat them.
Where to eat? First of all, DuMont, on Union Avenue. They are famous for their burgers, but as a veggie, I can vouch for the macaroni and cheese, or really, anything else on the menu. Anything. They basically serve four-star food at a three-star price and it’s perfect for dates where you want to impress somebody, or, go to their Sunday brunch (they have blood orange mimosas). Head down the street to Elote, which has over 40 kinds of tequila. If that’s not enough reason to go, they serve amazing fish tacos.
If Elote doesn’t satisfy your hunger for Mexican, Yola’s, on Metropolitan Ave., has the best burritos in town. Not a sit down place, but likely the most authentic you’ll find as Williamsburg becomes more gentrified (or so I hear). Or just learn to cook your own food at The Brooklyn Kitchen, which sells very fancy cooking supplies and teaches very cool classes. Their Kombucha class next week is sold out, but hold out for the Halloween Cupcakes class at the end of October.
Where to get drunk? This is a great neighborhood for it. The Bushwick Country Club is the best little dive bar in Brooklyn, with mini-golf in the back and an old-fashioned photo booth to document your shenanigans. For classier cocktails and ambiance, Huckleberry Bar is freaking stunning, despite being located between a nail salon and a real estate firm.
Barcade is full of vintage arcade games. Everyone knows beer plus PacMan equals fun. Everyone knows that. Pete’s Candy Store, on Lorimer St. itself, features “Quizz-Off” on Wednesdays (for prizes), open mic on Sundays, Scrabble on Saturdays, readings every other Thursday, and supposedly live music every night. If that’s not variety enough, check out Hi! Christina’s calendar and head over. This place does everything: open mic nights, gallery openings, concerts, rollercoaster simulations, falling in love parties, film festivals, and fake art therapy nights. I don’t know. Let’s just say I live near this place and it is always crazy. Don’t try and sleep near 632 Grand St., is all."
