Only 10 meters away from the beach and gorgeous ocean views. It features a private heated pool, whirlpool spa, BBQ, outdoor meal area, garden, bikes and game room. Enjoy world class surfing in Espinho and Granja throughout the year. Free on street parking. Magnificent seafood restaurants nearby. Only 30 min to Porto. Deep cleaned/ sanitized.

The LV Premier Granja Villas- GR1 is a generously sized 5 bedroom (4 bedrooms + 1 very large upper floor open space loft with 4 sleeping areas) and 3.5 bathroom villa located in São Felix da Marinha, 10 meters away from the beach. There is a medium size heated pool (in operation March to Oct) and whirlpool Spa/Jacuzzi to complement the ocean beach. In addition to prize winning views of the ocean from three sides of the house, there is a large garden and terrace with BBQ, patio furniture and a few loungers to relax outside. GR1 is fully equipped to a high standard, with heating, fireplace, premium bed linen and towels, superior toiletries and much more, perfect for large families and groups of friends. We recently added a game room with a traditional fuss-ball table, ping pong table and darts, in addition to our usual family board games. There is also bicycles for guest use. Located approx. 30min away from Porto city center, very close to Espinho and its casino, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches, large trees and a calm atmosphere. Take advantage of the several surf schools and great surfing in Espinho and Gaia. You will find a train station with direct service to Porto, 5 min walk away. You can also try the heated ocean water city pool located 4 min away on foot. Delight your senses with the rich seafood centered gastronomy of the local restaurants. This vacation rental villa is a great option to discover the Porto coast with enjoying maximum comfort.
