A Double-Story semi-detached house, equiped with refrigerator, stove, Electric kettle, iron ( for clothes) and a 40” LED TV located near to Kulim Central and TF Value-Mart Supermarket(walking distance). There are also banks, a convenience store (7 Eleven) and a 24 hours McDonald's fast food Restaurant.
Kulim Central has cinema, bowling alley and Restaurants.
There will be a security on guard at the gate from 9 pm till the next morning at 9 am, thus any visitors to the premises' compound would have to be filtered.
Our place is quiet yet safe.
Our House is cater for 8 persons for the whole House and any additional guest/s has to be informed us so that we will get ready the additional pillow and blanket.
Additional guest will be charged RM20 per person.
这是一间双层半独立洋楼具备有冰箱，电板爐，电水壶，熨斗和40” LED 电视，地点靠近Kulim Central与 TF Value Mart Supermarket 购物中心，附近还有银行，便利店和24小时的麦当劳快餐店，Kulim Central 有戏院，保龄球场和餐厅。平时有保安，每天晚上9点过后, 造访客将会被保安关注，至到隔天的早上9点。 这里很安静与安全，又方便出入和用餐。
我们的民宿是让8个人入住，如有多人的话，需要通知以方便我们预备枕头与被单，每人需多付RM20 一个人.
