Beautiful Beach Studio Loft located in the heart of Ocean Park just steps away from the sand at the Marquee local beach of San Juan. Only one block away from "La Calle Loiza" culinary experience where you can find amazing restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Everything you may need is walking distance, from laundromats to Walgreens. Casa Atlantica is equipped with all the required necessities so you can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

House rules:
•No smoking anywhere in the apartment, please use outdoor area.
•Not suitable for pets
•Check-in is anytime after 4PM
•Check out by 12PM
•Self check-in with smart lock, lockbox
•We support the environment and in effort to help us be greener we ask our guest to turn off the air conditioner, fans and lights when you are not in the house.
•If towels are lost or damaged you will be charged $15 per towel. Towels can not be used to clean any dirt from shoes or make-up.
•Guests must help keep our drains sand free. We ask guests to shake or towel off sand before returning to the property. This helps our drains stay unclogged. If you would like to rinse with water you will notice a water hose at the garden on the side of the house, you are welcome to use it.
•No illegal activity.
•No house parties beyond the people staying in the property
•Extra guests will be charged a $50 penalty per day. (We are not prepared to attend additional guests needs.)
•Close and lock the door and front gate when you leave the apartment.
•Take care of your keys. If you lose them, there will be a charge of 15$/set.
•Let us know right away if you notice any damages in the unit or appliances not functioning properly.
•$150 Security Deposit to be acknowledge for any home damage. Any lost equipment or additional damage will be charge accordingly.
