This spacious Villa is detached and is located in a quiet road in the village of Xaghra . It is enriched with breath taking views of both country & sea views. It has a large pool with an ample pool area & also has 2 large terraces front and back.

This house offers air conditioning in the bedrooms and its usage requires an additional charge. It works on a coin system.
If your flight is delayed or you are going to arrive after the 10 pm check in deadline, please do not worry, just let us know and we will be able to leave you and your group a key with clear instructions.
With regards to the essentials, the complimentary items are bed sheets and towels which there will be one for each person and toilet rolls which can be found in each bathroom.
Please be aware that we DO NOT accept pets.
The Pool size is approximately 33x11ft.
Tax Notice:
As from June 1 2016, an environmental contribution of 50c per visitor per night will be imposed by the Maltese Government, up to a maximum of €5 per visitor for any type of accommodation. Visitors aged under the age of 18 years, will be exempt from this contribution.
This contribution will be gathered upon your check in.
