Come enjoy our charming hill country escape, located minutes from downtown Dripping Springs. Enjoy boutique shopping, local eateries (Tillie's, Salt Lick BBQ, Thyme & Dough, Trattoria Lisina, Homespun Kitchen & Bar), Mercer Street Dance Hall, wedding venues (Camp Lucy, Memory Lane), Vineyards (Driftwood Estate, Duchman Family, Bell Springs), distilleries (Dripping Springs Vodka, Desert Door, Cypress Creek Reserve, Deep Eddy, Twisted X), Jacob's Well, Hamilton Pool, Wimberley, and so much more!

View the llamas and free range chickens as you relax on the outdoor balcony, fire pit or picnic table. Our guest space is ~700 square feet with an open floor plan. It is equipped with a kitchen, bath & walk in closet. We have a queen size bed, twin size bed, & twin size pull out ottoman. An air mattress & portable crib are available upon request. The kitchen has a Keurig, toaster, pots & pans, plates, bowls, utensils & more.

Guests will park at the garage and have access to the guest house located above the garage. Guests will also have access to the immediate space surrounding the guest house, including the balcony, fire pit, & picnic table. The main house and surrounding space is occupied by our family.

When you arrive you will come through the gate using a code provided upon booking. You will notice the llamas almost immediately! It's important to make sure the gate closes behind you to keep the llamas in. Check in/ check out is set for 3:00 pm/ 11:00 am; however, we want your stay to be enjoyable & stress free. If you need flexibility, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

We sit on about 40 acres among the beautiful Texas hills. Although we don't have any immediate neighbors, we share our gate and entry road with a few other properties. The property is very secluded and the only noise that will occasionally be heard is the sound from our family at the main house. Sound travels quite well through the hills, so please only quiet music as evening approaches.
