Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath (one has a lovely new custom walk in shower), beach-front condo in the Grand Atlantic Resort; Myrtle Beach, SC. Lovely Italian leather living room furniture. New dining room furniture and state of the art bedding and 4 flat screen TVs. 12th floor gives you fantastic view of beach and ocean from the living room and master bedroom. This unit and building is newer than most on the beach. Washer and dryer in unit. 2 large pools, kiddie pool, hot tub and lazy river.

This beautiful condo is centrally located in Myrtle Beach but out of the large traffic congestion of the boardwalk. Large balcony stretches across the living room area and master bedroom. Unit is fully furnished with towels, linens and cooking utensils for full meals.

The resort has Scooby's ice cream and grill on bottom floor for great hand made pizzas and sandwiches.
The resort has a 170' indoor heated lazy river, indoor heated pool, and hot tub where you never have to leave the building. On the newly refurbished pool deck you will find another 65' outdoor pool with the kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall. The main pool faces the ocean and features a grass sitting area with lawn chairs between the pool and beach. There is an arcade on ground level and complete fitness center on the 7th floor.
