Dont ENTER any neighbours area Especially porch/yard etc..Respect neighbours PRIVACY.
Additional guests overnight must inform owner ( Rm25.00/pax).
Don’t bring “indoor” SLIPPERS to outdoor.
Bbq and kitchen utensils PLEASE clean up after use.
switch off air cond when not use.
LATE check out will be charge RM30.00 Perhour.(inform earlier to avoid clash with the next stay)
3 cars allowed at parking space porch and
3cars at visitors space.
