My house located Florin of Sacramento, CA, between Sacramento and Elk Grove. it is easy to access freeway CA-99, also easy to I-5 and CA-50 etc. Drive 15 minutes to Sacramento downtown.
It is a quiet neighborhood, about 1 mile to SF Supermarket, Walmart, 24 Hour Fitness, Starbucks, McDonald's, and restaurants.

Every room has queen size bed, room1, room 2, room 3 and room 4 only 120 SQF or so, up to two people may stay!
There has a TV in the living room. has a WIFI of Comcast!
The guests may use the kitchen, there has
refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffer maker,kitchenware, tableware, cups etc.
