Located in the heart of Belmont near downtown! FAST WIFI, Netflix, and cable TV provided. HUGE SHOWER! This cozy spot has it all and the location cannot be beat as you'll be just steps to local cafe's and restaurants in Belmont.

The space was renovated for your enjoyment! private parking spot provided as well as a private entrance! Washer and Dryer are included in the unit.

We sanitize all surfaces between guests for the safety of guests and cleaners. Our cleaners are paid a living wage.

**Please note that this space is a bottom apartment with another Airbnb above. Although there is soundproofing, there may be some light noise on occasion but we do ask all guests in both units to respect quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

You'll also notice in the pictures that the space does not have a full kitchen. We have a single burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea provided.

HVAC Update: the current mini split system went down during a recent storm and we have a Window AC unit installed as a temporary measure.
