An upstairs, private unit is the perfect and cozy location for your getaway! Come snuggle up in a one bedroom, full bath, unit that includes a kitchen and living room. This unit is located in a quiet neighborhood of Los Osos, a five-minute walk from Sweet Springs Nature Preserve, and a 10-minute drive to the beautiful Montana de Oro State Park. An easy 20-minute drive south to San Luis Obispo, where there is food, hiking, and other small town perks. Morro Bay, and Cayucos are both a short 10-15 minute drive north.

In this lovely unit, not only will you have access to Netflix, but also a wide selection of movies.
If you wish to have some human company, we are more than happy to interact.
The main walkway leads to the backyard and the staircase to the unit.

We recently got a 1974 camper to renovate. It is in the driveway but does not impact the walking space. At the moment it is a bit of an eyesore so keep in mind that we are working hard on gutting it and making it pretty. It just doesn't make a great first impression when you arrive, but your space looks exactly like the pictures.
We are also working (when we don't have guests) on replacing the siding, painting the house, and replacing windows. The apartment has three new windows so far and the front has new siding and paint. During the summer of 2020 we got a new roof and went solar! So everything is a work in progress at the moment.
My husband is a handy man, since his office is the driveway it can be cluttered on one side. However, there is plenty of access to the walkway that leads from the driveway to the back entrance. You will be given access to a designated parking spot in front of the house. We do have dogs who might loudly greet you as you pass, but are friendly. The dogs do not have access to the walkway or stairs. However, the cat has free reign of the outside space. You might wake up one morning to him lounging on the deck. He is extremely friendly.

The neighborhood is extremely safe. We know all the neighbors relatively well. There are your standard neighborhood noises that cannot be controlled, such as kids playing, dogs barking, etc. But nothing is ever too loud; it is practically always quiet in the evenings.
