Completely renovated 1950's home with lots of character and original craftsmanship, located only 3 minutes from I40 and 20 minutes or less from some of the greatest waterfalls in the state of TN.

This cute home was completely remodeled in 2017 and includes original hardwood, shiplap, doorknobs and more. The bright and airy, full-service kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, open shelving and a dining table that seats 6. Bedroom one includes a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has a full size bed and large dresser. Beautiful bathroom with large mirror and subway tiled shower.
You will find comfort in the living room with a flat screen TV (Roku streaming device, DVD player, no cable) and a cozy couch and love seat. Large sun room includes washer and dryer with an office space and a large desk. Head out back to the large yard where you can roast smores around the fire pit. Trail out back will even lead to a small cave if you're feeling extra adventurous.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, laundry, yard and parking.

If we don't have anyone checking in or out at either side of your stay we are happy to be flexible on check-in and check-out times but you will need to confirm with us on the day before check in.

Stacey, a former school teacher and mom of 3. Mallie, a former business owner, current realtor, and mom of 3. Together, we are great friends and both stay at home moms with a knack for entertaining, decorating and hospitality. In 2017, we pulled our husbands into this crazy idea of purchasing a fixer upper. We found the perfect one that we nicknamed Ol' Blue and our husbands were able to renovate in between their full time jobs and raising kids as well. Not long after we knew we wanted something in town and looked for months to find the perfect fit and something our town would allow us to rezone to meet the city's air bnb requirements. It is currently one of the only air bnb homes within the city limits and we had so much fun remodeling it and making it perfect for our guests. Now, we've recently added a third and hope to continue our goal of added one home a year! Our desire is to make the best experience possible for our guests as they enjoy the wonderful city of Cookeville that we all love so well!
