Comfortable, self contained first floor apartment in the heart of a quiet residential area of Padstow. Ideal short walking distance to Padstow town centre, harbour and beach. The town's cosy pubs and award winning restaurants are a short stroll away. The property is also a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Cornwall coast and beyond.

The property is perfect for couples offering you the choice of catering for yourselves in the fully equipped kitchen or dining out. All of Padstow's fine restaurants are within walking distance of the property. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and showering facilities. The lounge with TV and DVD player (plus a selection of DVDs) gives you the option to relax and unwind between your visits to the many sights and activities that Padstow offers. The apartment benefits from full gas central heating which is easily controlled via a wall mounted thermostat

If our ground floor property is unoccupied during the period of your visit we always allow you to use that space but we cannot guarantee availability. When parking we politely ask that guests respectfully consider local residents and avoid blocking access to driveways.

The house is set in a quiet residential area and we respectfully ask that guests consider our neighbours when accessing the apartment. The property is a convenient very short walk from a well stocked Tesco store which now has a number electric vehicle charging points.

Hi we're Rob and Debbie and we are both retired teachers. We have a teenage son and have lived in Cornwall for over 35 years. We love travelling and have journeyed all over the world but we always love returning back home to Cornwall. As experienced travellers we know how important good accommodation is and we are confident you will find our property is clean, well appointed and located really conveniently.
