CASA NIEVE: Beachfront property. Includes entire home and property (except for the garage) and is located on the azure blue Sea of Cortez in the heart of the quaint seaside village of Los Barriles, BCS, Mexico.

Casa Nieve is located on the Sea of Cortez in the quaint village of Los Barriles, half way between Cabo San Lucas and La Paz. It was one of the first homes built by Gringos in this quaint village. Built with aTahitian wrapped palapa roof, the double wrap keeps the house warm in the cooler evenings and cool in the warm daytime hours. There are two bedrooms, one located on the main floor sleeps 2 and has a queen bed while the second bedroom on the second floor has queen and two twin beds. Each bedroom has east facing floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that lead to a balcony or deck perfect for viewing a giant golden sun rising from the ocean, casting its colorful display on the water and into the sky or watch fishermen cast for fish on the beach or the local cows saunter slowly by. Step out onto the decks and get a better look and breathe the sea air. While you sip your coffee or nibble on your breakfast treat on the beach side deck, you may decide that you feel like a beach walk or jog. Simply walk down the stairway to the beach and walk as much of the miles and miles of white sand beaches as your heart desires! On the windy days that the kite boarders and windsurfers love so much, escape to the back of the house and enjoy the gardens and multilevel patios. A large expanse of seating is partially covered with a palapa that will provide protection from the sun as you play games or read.

Guests will have access to the entire property except thee garage. This includes:
a full kitchen, living room and dining room, 2 bedrooms and one bath, office and laundry room, 2 level deck facing the Sea of Cortez, side deck and large 2 level patio and garden area in the back of the house.
A small casita in back of the main house has an twin bed , kitchenette and bathroom and can be included for an additional fee.
Access to the beach is available directly from the front deck via a stairway and gate.

We apologize that,although there is a BBQ located on premise, unfortunately, it is no longer functional.
Also, there is air conditioning in the main bedroom only. The rest of the house is covered by a state of the art traditional double wrapped Tahitian palapa roof that keeps the house cool during the summer months and warm in the winter months. Ceiling fans are available if there is need for additional circulation.
