This is a family friendly villa unit located within a family friendly resort. The resort here boasts great amenities with 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a fitness room and most importantly a short walk to the beach (6-8 min walk) ! Located centrally on Hilton Head Island, you are close to shopping, restaurants, activities, golf and much more. The resort also has 24 hour security to help ensure guests enjoy their stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We do bike rentals too!

Both bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with TV’s and DVD players. There’s also a small collection of DVD’s for enjoying pleasure. The villa is stocked with a beach closet as well, it has beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella’s, and a beach wagon.

Guests will be provided with a welcome packet full of all the necessary info about the villa. Also there are ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND allowed on the resort property, it’s resort policy.
