Perfect for a couples getaway or a small family to rewind and relax, this 1 bedroom open plan loft studio features bay views from the balcony and offers easy and comfortable accommodation.
The studio has a kitchenette and BBQ as well as lounge and dining area. The studio sits above a expansive 4 bedroom house (available to rent separately or combine the house and studio for groups of up to 14 guests - please enquire for correct group pricing). This property has a private jetty shared between guests of the main house and studio - perfect to tie your boat off for a spot of lunch back at the studio or a relaxing fish in the expansive waters of Lake Macqaurie.
Whether it's a stroll along your private jetty, a swim in the lake. The studio is only 9 minutes from Morisset Square shopping centre with Coles, Target and restaurants surrounding but far enough to be quiet and tranquil.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
Studio - 1 x Queen + 2 x Singles
*Linen Supplied - This property provides full linen. Beds will be provided with sheets, pillows and pillowcases, doonas and blankets.
*Towels for use after enjoying the Lake are BYO.
*Jetty: The Private jetty to the property, shared with the 4 bedroom house on site, allows you easy access to tie your boat to or enjoy some of the best fishing in Lake Macquarie. Please note this is communally shared between guest in the studio and main house if booked separately.
*Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
*All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.
*Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
Weekenda will require you to sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for ID (drivers license or passport), list your guests with contact phone or email for Government Covid reporting, and to re-accept the Weekenda T&C's. Access Codes are only released to registered guests.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
