Our holiday home was built in 2011. It is set on 5 acres in a beautiful bushland setting. There is a small creek near the house and an unfenced dam at the back of the property.
There are 4 bedrooms and room for either large families or a romantic getaway for couples.
The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, dryer, washing machine and air-conditioning.
The fabulous beach of Agnes Water is only a few minutes drive away.
Bustard Bay offers great fishing or day trips to the Barrier Reef.

Kangaroos visit every morning and evening.

The house is set on 5 acres a few minutes drive from the town of Agnes Water.
Agnes has a fabulous surfing beach, great fishing and access to the Great Barrier Reef.
There are 2 garages, plenty of room for parking boats.
Guests have access to the entire home except for one utility cupboard.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Pets are welcome, small house trained dogs are welcome in the house - but not on the furniture please.
There is a fenced dog run but it is older and we cannot guarantee the fence is dog proof, however it has a large shade tree for larger dogs. Our own dogs stay there happily.
Please be mindful of snakes.
Please bring your own beach towels.

We are on tank water so we ask guests to be careful with water usage.
