Elegant flat with new furniture and decoration in an elegant area by Av. Louise, not far from the La Cambre wood and Chatelin. Sleeping corner separated from the living area with a sofa which becomes a double bed. Bathroom separated W.C. and fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine in the basement. (5€ per wash )Balcony facing West on the gardens site.Very quite. 4th floor with plenty of light and very quiet. Chek in at any time. 10 € supplement to pay upon arrival for pets.

Take the elevator, but be careful it is only for 2 persons at the time otherwise you risk to get blocked in it and to deblock you it will cost you 120 €. There is an infrared screen for security reasons. Don't cut it or you will be blocked. Instructions for deblocking it are inside the elevator but don't use a too close floor as it will not deblock and if you call for help it is also for 120 €.
