Area: 23 sq. meters, view over Quezon City from the 23rd floor, good location with easy access to shops, cinemas, restaurants and both the MRT and LRT trains. Ideal for 1 or maximum 2 people.
Wifi is free and access to condominium facilities (pools, gym, etc.) is allowed.
No smoking, no pets.
Minimum is two weeks; available up to July 2018 only.

Kitchen is fully furnished with electric stove, fridge, rice cooker, coffee maker. We will provide plates, glasses, cups and cutlery and cooking tools (pots, pans, cutting board, knives).
Center space has a foldable table that can be used as working space and dining.
Bathroom has shower with electric water heater. Wifi available.
One pull-down queen bed with good mattress; one sofa day bed (single).
Lots of storage space: kitchen cabinets and racks, shoe cabinet, clothes cabinet with wooden hangers, shelves, bathroom racks.
Fire extinguisher, built in ceiling water sprinkler and emergency lights are available.
We will provide towels and bedsheets. For your extra laundry, these will be at your costs and laundry services are available in the commercial part of the building for a fee. Additional apartment cleaning can be booked ahead and arranged for a fee during your stay. But otherwise, the apartment is cleaned thoroughly before your stay.
