Treat yourself to a spa getaway up on the hill surrounding Missoula. Beautiful views. Great quiet neighborhood located in a culdesac. 4 min drive from the highway and 10 min from downtown Missoula. Rental has street parking with a private entrance to the house. Luxurious bathroom with a clawfoot bubbler bath tub, walk in steam shower, and heated tile floors. There is also a cedar dry sauna. All amenities are private for your use during your stay with us.

Whether you are a traveler from far away places, or just looking to enjoy a staycation with amazing amenities come stay with us! Atop The hill above Missoula, this beautiful custom home has a separate lower level apartment. The kitchen features handmade cabnitry, granite countertops, custom back-splash, and a dining set. The living area has a sofa, hide-a-bed-couch, and a zen fireplace surrounded with petrified wood. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, pack and play, and there is a laundry room for guest use. The bathroom is equipped with a custom tile steam shower and a jetted clawfoot bathtub. There is also a cedar dry sauna for guests to use.

The guests have exclusive access to luxury bathroom, cedar sauna kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious bedroom.There is a tv in your private living room connected to Netflix.
On the left side of our house there is a gate that leads to a path towards the back. There is the door for the private apartment. Guests can park on the street near the gate.

Our family lives above the rental. The back half of the yard is reserved for guests use and privacy. Do not smoke on the premises, there is a public playground behind the house.
We have a 2 friendly dogs Lilly and Zeus.
The multiple jetted shower is not currently operating, we found it extremely wasteful and too expensive to fix. There is a handheld shower in the steam shower we encourage you to use, there is also a hand held shower attached to the tub.
Friendly canine companions are welcome during your stay with an extra charge of $10 per dog. No puppies or incontinent dogs, we will charge a fee for damages caused to property.
Please note that this is not a cat friendly apartment due to our families allergies.
we have our only laundry room in the rental, it will remain locked during your stay. if you wish to do some laundry please message me and we can unlock the room for you to use.
