Easy route to I-380. Collins Road is minutes away where you'll find shopping and dining opportunities.

The newly remodeled basement space has an adorable bedroom with queen bed and TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more! A generous armoire is in the room. Also included is a living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Guests will access space via outside guest door, passing briefly through the host's dining room directly to the basement stairs. (Read-no separate entrance). Homeowners may need to access basement to acquire items, and upstairs door needs to be left ajar for 2 cats! There are locks on bedroom and bathroom doors.

We have 2 cats in our home. They need to have access to the basement but are kept out of the bedroom. They are loveable and friendly! Also, our thermostat is controlled upstairs. As this is a basement, it may seem “chilly” at 68 degrees. Or it may feel awesome! We have lots of extra blankets available!

Very quiet, private area with large lot. Robins is a sleepy 'burb. Within walking distance is a beautiful recreation trail. Also within walking distance is a Casey’s Gas station and local burger restaurant. Our town is safe and has that "small-town" feel, with the big city of Cedar Rapids minutes down the road!
