1, Sometimes the apartment has tight control on the time for early checking in and later checking out, because we need enough time for preparation. Please ask for the flexibility, I would always try my best to help you if it's available. Thanks for your understanding.
2, We are located in the central CBD, parking is expensive. Our building has limited car spaces available for rental, max height is 2 meters, it costs $20 per night, you can pay cash directly on your arrival or through your Airbnb account, please advise. To avoid any disappointment, please check availability in advance before booking, once fully booked, there is no more reservation will be taken.
3, To avoid any inconvenience may occur, please make sure to put exact the number of guests when you booking and special requirements, such as fold out single beds, etc.

Hello all and welcome! My name is Tommy and I look after my own property and also help other hosts manage theirs for over two years now. All the apartments listed here are located in central CBD, so it is convenient to all the popular attractions and transport if you would like to go further out of the city. We also have a professional housekeeping team which makes sure that all rooms are clean prior to your visit and we provide amenities and quality linens and towels. There’s tons to do around the area, it’s a short stroll to Darling Harbour where there’s amazing fireworks every Saturday. If you’re into the beach, transport is quite close, and it will only be a short ride to Bondi Beach. Please feel free to ask if you want any recommendations on where to visit during your stay. I love getting to know people from around the globe and am an avid traveller myself. My favourite destination so far is the sunny Gold Coast. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
