The accommodation offers two levels designed for the enjoyment of a quiet stay, sun and beach. The social areas are on the first level and the two rooms and bathroom on the second level.
It has equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, integrated, with television and wi-fi available.
On the second level, the master bedroom has a balcony with beautiful sea view and air conditioning, both rooms have fans and are naturally well lit, two full bathrooms one on each level. The services are in the semi-basement below the staircase.

Guayacanes is a small coastal town where you can enjoy typical foods, beaches and their simple things.
In this small town the electric power service can be missing some hours of the day occasionally. For these faults, we use inverters or energy accumulators in the house that supply the lights, fans, wifi and TV. At those times do not work high consumption electrical appliances such as air conditioning, microwave, toaster, etc., all is restored immediately arrival of energy supply company.
