50' pool, 8 foot deep end, 3.5' shallow end (over 1/2 the pool) Spill over hot tub to enjoy watching the stars or family in the pool.

This home is set up perfect for family reunions as you have good separation between the two sides of the home and the pool house. Many of our groups that stay never leave the property. Once you get your family and food here, you're all set.

The home has 6 large bedrooms, a large kitchen with a large table for 8, oversized living room and library.
The pool house has 2 separate bedrooms (one with a room refrigerator), a great room, 2 bathrooms, 1 private, 1 shared with your outside guests, featuring a steam shower and dry sauna. The pool house also has plenty of outdoor (unbreakable) plates and serving saucers, dedicated ice maker, common area double drawer refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, instant hot water and a kitchen sink with disposal.
Outside space (maintained but not part of housekeeping) includes a 50 foot pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen which features a large 5 burner grill, two side burners, an outdoor refrigerator and outdoor sink. There's also a buffet warmer (you'll find buffet sterno warmers at Walmart, they last about 6 hours, 2 are best for the best results), cooking pans and grilling utensils are outside as well.

We do not tolerate parties. (this means people showing up that are not included in the reservation)
No pets.
No smoking indoors.
No visitors or unregistered guests.
HOUSEKEEPING is just that, it does not include cleaning the grill, porch. backyard or anything outside of the house. Housekeeping is light cleaning, it is not deep cleaning where baseboards, fans, crevices are cleaned and furniture moved.
We do have a weekly LAWNCARE that comes on WEDNESDAYS (EARLY before it gets hot. Often by 7:30am) PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GATE IS UNLOCKED
We have weekly POOL SERVICE on THRUSDAYS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GATE IS UNLOCKED
