Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Koh Samui Holiday rentals also offers a variety of supplementary holiday services including: - Airport pick-ups and drop-offs - Pier pick-ups and drop-offs - Car and bike rentals - Private island tours - Full Moon Party access
