Spacious and well outfitted basement apartment with master bath. Enjoy easy access to downtown and Short Pump, then come home to relax by the patio, fire pit, or grill in the serene and spacious backyard. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house has a quiet country feel in the heart of one of the busiest parts of town.
Richmond is a super fun city with great restaurants, breweries, historical sights, natural escapes, live music venues, and friendly people. :) We hope you love your time here!

There is a keyless entry, so you can check in anytime after 3p. We will send you the code the day of your reservation.
There is parking in the backyard for up three vehicles.

You have your own fully outfitted kitchen, master bath with a jet tub, office, and laundry facilities. There is a TV, DVD player, and Roku with Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora. There are also some books and board games.
The office has a wireless printer.

***We are long term only listing, requiring all reservations to be 30 days or more, due to local regulations. ***
We have an organic veggie garden and greenhouse. If we have produce in season, you may find some waiting for you in your apartment!
Pet details:
We do allow up to 2 pets. We have a one time non-refundable pet fee of $25 each. When you submit your reservation, I will submit back to you the price alteration. Once you accept it and it goes through, you’re all set to bring your furry family along.
We do require that you clean up after your pets in the home and yard. There are pet waste bags in the kitchen closet if you need them.
Our husky, Coco, is very friendly, curious, and playful. She is not territorial at all. If your dog is less than friendly to other dogs, just let us know, so we can keep her inside.

Your apartment is completely separate, so you can enjoy your privacy as much as you'd like. We do host a bible study in our home on occasion, and if you'd like to join let us know. All are welcome!
