Perfect for 1-2 guests, the apt. comes with King size Murphy Bed, 2 couches, full kitchen, private bathroom & walk in closet. Entrance is private with own parking spot.
All bedding, linens, pillows, towels, Keurig, essential glasses/bowls/plates/utensils are included.

The place is ideal for business travel in/around the Boulder area or family/friends visiting University of Colorado. Perfect for an extended stay. There are stairs up to the private entrance that takes you up to a large deck. The designated parking is just below the stairs.

Indian Peaks is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood located on the Indian Peaks golf course. The neighborhood is on the NW corner of Baseline and 95th which provides excellent access into Boulder, Broomfield and to Highway 36 going to/from Denver.
