+++++ PLEASE NOTE: This listing is the main floor and second story floor (2700 sq ft 3 bdrm, 3 bathroom, 2 living rooms, small side yard and expansive 10' x 26' patio overlooking the mountains) but DOES NOT INCLUDE BASEMENT. The basement is a 1 bdrm walkout basement suite with separate entrance. See my our other listings for details (Mountain Views from a Stylish Home).

This home was built with the intention of being the owner's dream home and not a rental therefore you will find that reflected in the high quality finishing, furnishing, linens and well stocked kitchen. The entire west side of the house is filled with floor to ceilings windows that display clear mountain views and amazing sunsets off the patio!

This breathtaking and stylishly decorated abode can sleep up to 12.
-8 between 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 4 double beds)
-2 in upstairs living room (2 x memory foam platform beds that can be kept separate or pushed together)
- 2 on a queen air mattress available to be placed where you see fit.
-We also have a pack and play crib available for your little one

Expansive chef’s kitchen joined to the great room with fireplace provides you all of the conveniences of home. Peak through the large windows or from the patio with the gazebo at the amazing mountain view especially gorgeous at sunset.

Special Features:
-High ceilings throughout. The house feels expansive, airy and modern
-Master Bedroom: Queen four poster bed with vaulted ceilings and expansive spa like ensuite to treat yourself with deep soaker tub and rain shower head. With double vanities, it is often a favourite for guests who are getting ready for special occasions
-Bonus room features entertainment type seating with drink holder leather section and 70-inch flat screen tv
-Free wifi, Netflix and cable movie package
-Multiple board games to play with your family or friends
-Great room features another flat screen tv and cozy stone floor to ceiling gas fireplace
-Comfortable deep loveseats open to the kitchen which makes it super convenient area for guests to visit and entertain while cooking
-The kitchen is a chefs dream with stainless appliances - dual fuel range (gas stove top, electric oven), French door fridge and dishwasher and microwave. Anything you can think of is provided - including fondue sets for those cold winter evenings back from skiing! There is enough dinnerware for 12, and seating for 9 at tables (dining table (6) and island (3) and is a great place with enough room to celebrate special holidays with family and friends
-Floor to ceiling windows that cover almost the entire west side of the house with unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains.
-Take in the awe inspiring sunsets from the large 10’ x 26 ‘ patio with unobstructed and side yard access. 8x8 gazebo means that a rain shower won’t ruin your plans to take in the views from outside!
-Lots of room to relax after you have a chance to explore one of the many outdoor activities in the area. You won’t want to go home!
-Tastefully decorated to be a cozy home base while you stay and explore all the area has to offer - Calgary (20 min), Waiparous (20 min), Kananaskis (30 min), Bragg Creek (30 min), Canmore (45 min), Banff (1 hr) and more!

-Main Floor: Kitchen, half bath, dining room, flex room, great room, walk through pantry and front entrance
-Second Floor: Bonus room loft living room, loft office space, master bathroom with ensuite, 2nd and 3rd bedroom on opposite side with bathroom

Guest Access:
-The garage is not accessible but the entire double driveway is available for parking including free street parking directly in front of house
-Walk-in closet in master bedroom is not accessible but hanging rack, hangers and dressers are provided
-Basement suite is not accessible unless it has also been booked. No vacancy guaruntees. If you have questions regarding booking the basement please contact host

Cochrane has 3 major grocery stores plus Walmart. A multitude of restaurants of various kinds and a handful of great coffee shops. You will find almost anything you could possibly want in Cochrane within a few minutes drive from the house.
