This spacious, newly-renovated beach house is the perfect place to enjoy all the fun that Rockaway has to offer! A short walk to the ferry and the A train and just one block from the beach, this is a perfect NYC getaway.

The house is very roomy with a huge renovated kitchen, dining room and living area on the main floor.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms plus a finished attic with 2 single beds for kids under 12 - what kid wouldn't love having the attic all to themselves?!
There is a huge front porch and another deck on the 2nd floor and a side deck off the kitchen with a BBQ.
The home has all the amenities you would want in a beach house - plenty of room for everyone, landscaped yard with a pool, a dining patio and outdoor shower! Grill up some dinner on the BBQ and enjoy the evening sea breeze.
The yard parking space for up to 6 cars.

Rockaway is an eclectic neighborhood with a mix of cultures. You will find modern, trendy restaurants, along side dozens of irish pubs as well polish, latino and african-american shops and grocers. Additionally there is a strong surf culture and a regular beach-going hipster crowd. The newly installed boardwalk accomodates families, bikers and joggers and has ample concessions and facilities. Dolphins and other sealife are a common sighting from the boardwalk.
