This is private owned condo in a big Resort, brand new 40 sqm, ground floor, free WiFi, swimming pool, fully furnished with AC and fans, big refrigerator, microwave, one bedroom with queen sized bed and a queen sized sofa bed in living room with TV and satellite. Kitchenette and dinning table/4 chairs, balcony with a sofa, table/2 chairs, 24h hot water.
Good for 4 adults or 2 adult with 2 small kids.
*Due to the coronavirus, we are only allowed to rent for monthly, 15000p/month all in.

Located near the famous Alona beach and only few minutes walk to Danao beach. Restaurants and small grocery stores can be found just outside of the resort. Price is good for 2 guests, each extra guest will charge 500 pesos. Price is good for 2 guests, each extra guest will charge 500 pesos.
