Located in one of the premier locations in Devonport - 50 meters from the beach (hear the waves of the beach from the balcony) & around the corner Bluff Beach, Surf Club & Restaurants.

This home is set amongst the beach, nature, fishing spots, lighthouse, walking tracks, parks, BBQ areas, sporting fields & clubs (tennis courts across the road, hockey club down the road & surf club around the corner) & Devonport's premier beach (Bluff Beach) which has two restaurants, playgrounds, skate park & off course the beach.
Come & stay in what will feel like a second home, with heaps of activities to do (we have bikes, tennis rackets, basketballs, footballs & plenty more for your pleasure) or stay in & enjoy the comforts of the home or sit on the balacny's & soak in the tranquality of the lovely environemnt & surrondings of the house.
This home feels like it is settled amongst nature & is very private (it is the last house on the end of a dead end street & is surrounded by park space, nature & wildlife (wallabies & rabbits can often be seen rustling about). It feels secluded, safe & peaceful, with virtually no traffic.
Walking tracks are virtually outside the front door, sporting fields starting a few meters from the house & as mentioned the playground, skate park, restaurants, take-away store around the corner.
Centre of the city is only a few minutes drive away or a 25 minute leisurlely walk.
Early check ins or late check-outs available upon request.

Also feel free to use any sporting equipment, bikes, balls or any other equipment or furnishings in the house (from the desktop computer, lying on the super comfortable recliner chairs to reading the many books that are about).

Train track behind the house. Train is on a private network & only comes through once or twice a day. It also comes through very early in the morning.
