Rat Race St.Louis Life , to Beach Bum
Ordinally from St.Louis, MO working 9-5 job,,, straight out from graduating from university of Missouri-Columbia ( MIZ-ZOU!) I was curious how I could be happy and work for myself, and so I started flipping condos and re selling them in St.Louis. Unfortunately , the market crashed in 08 and I couldn't sell my last condo , and I had to figure out what to do with this condo I was now stuck with . I decided to RENT IT. I then thought .. well how can I do this for a living ?
I bought the first condo at the lake of the Ozarks, MO. flipped it and started renting it short term for those LAKE OZARK vacationers . were making some money...and able to use the condo our selves from Saint Louis on the weekends, and it was paying for it self...
We then asked , HOW can we do this FULL time.
I started mailing out post cards to Panama City Beach condo owners. My family has been coming down to PCB for years, I picked up business ASAP from the first mailing to manage property for other owners.
I now rent for other owners on HERE air bnb, and I own my condos and rent them on here .
