The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully aquiped kitchen and a nice terrace where you can enjoy the view of the beach and the sound of the waves while resting in a confortable hamac. The master bedroom has air conditioning, king size bed, ceiling fan and 43” smart tv, the second has a ceiling fans and an air conditioning. Also has a boiler, wifi, in the living a smart tv with netflix and tv cable sky, windows are protected with screens to avoid mosquitoes.
It is a very exclusive building, with only 8 apartments, 2 on each floor.
Elevator, swimming pool, laundry room, a terrace with Palapas where you can relax or have barbecues while enjoying a 360 * view of the beautiful Yucatecan coast sunsets. It is a very secure neighborhood with 24 hour surveillance so feel free to enjoy walking or jogging with peace of mind. The beach is only 30 meters away. Food stores are within walking distance.
This property is available for rent, minimum 1 week. It accomodates 4 people. You will be charged a deposit that will be reimbursed at the end of your stay after deducting the electricity consumption. No parties are allowed. Pet yes, are allowed.
