Unit is one block off Park Blvd, which goes directly to the west entrance of the Park. Two short blocks to downtown Joshua Tree and walking distance to all restaurants and equipment providers.
And to the north, there is Giant Rock (largest free standing boulder in the world) and the Integratron (for that metaphysical journey)

This unit is unique because it has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a firm king size bed. Bedroom two has a softer queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin over double bed. The guest gets to choose which bedrooms fit the guest group. No part of the unit is ever rented two other than the guest group

I am a owner/manager of real estate. I love the business and the tenants as an outflow of being a real estate attorney (ret.) for many years. I am the husband of one wife for almost 50 years. I like living on the edge of population where I enjoy 330 days of cloudless sky every year. I have SAD (seasonal affective disorder); I can't live in inclement weather or sunless sky. All activities of a megalopolis are a few minutes to the west and no population is even fewer minutes to the east. I like cruising; driving not so much. Mexico is a favorite destination because I love the people, the tropical weather and the beaches. Movies with happy endings and not too much needless profanity and noise suit me best. One problem of being older is my favorite authors (James Clavell, Tom Clancy and Pat Conroy, etc,) have all died. Food is good. As John Pinette (RIP) would say: "salad is not food; salad is a promissory note that food is coming." I have a cheery young lady, who lives next door to the unit, who is my co-host. She is the ultimate in accommodating (what you need, she supplies). She will greet you and give you the nickel tour; then be available to meet your needs.
