The Endeans Building was built in 1914 next to the train station on the corner of Queen and Quay streets. It's in the heart of Auckland City, across the road from the ferry terminal.
The apartment has a 4 metre stud height and thick concrete walls, with features that come with such a lovely old building.
The bedroom is upstairs in a loft style, with the bed on a platform. Smart TV with WIFI
Fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee facilities.
Access through security gates and is very secure.

Walking distance to the viaduct, Wynyard Quarter and Spark Arena, Commercial Bay is across the road. And on all transport routes including the airport bus stops. There is construction across from the building building the city rail link and is active during the day

We live on Waiheke Island. We have a blended family of five children. We like to spend weekends on our land at Waiheke Island. We love wine & cheese and the sun. We go fishing and horse riding regularly. And of course love to travel
