It is a studio room in the tallest building in town. From the scenic rooftop garden you can have 360 degree view of Chiangmai city. It is located right next to Chiangmai main bus station (Arcade). Just 5 min. walk from there. It is 10 min. drive from the train station, 35 min. drive from airport (12.7 km.), 5 min. walk to Star Avenue community mall, 10 min. walk to Central Festival Department Store, 5 min. drive to McCormick Hospital and around 15 min drive to Night Bazaar and Day Market

It is a private studio room, on the 5th floor, in a brand new condominium, the tallest in town. With 24 hrs. security guards and more than 100 CCTV cameras around and inside the building, it is a very safe place to stay. The rooftop garden, infinity edge swimming pool, gym, sauna and small playground will make your stay more enjoyable and keep you strong while you are away from home. The room is full furnished. What we call kitchen is more like a pantry though. In the room you will have induction and hood (for cooking light meals), pots, pan, kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dining set for 2, eating utensils, towels, soap, hair dryer, iron, ironing pad, washer, hangers, rack for cloth drying, TV, wall fan, air-conditioning, vacuum machine, mob, and work space with desk and a comfortable chair. Hi-speed WIFI is available 24 hours in the room for FREE (that's a complimentary gift from humming's home:). However, please note that the price excludes utilities (water is 100 THB per person per month and electricity is 4.5 THB per unit). The electricity will be charged according to meter reading at the end of 30 day stay.

A copy of passport and 10,000 THB security deposit are required at check-in. The deposit will be returned to guest(s) when they check out, after deducting the utilities bill (normally around one to two thousand THB) and/or the cost of any damage or excessive wear and tear caused by guest or his/her visitor to the space or premises, if any.
