Leafy, private unit close to City with the beautiful Adelaide hills in walking distance. Next to all amenities in the heart of Burnside with Burnside Shopping Village, public transport, restaurants, cafes, cinema, library all on doorstop.

The property feel very private as it is side fronted and in a small block of only 5 units with a lot of greenery. The other neighbours are all very friendly.
It was my home for the last 6 years with my young daughters and we loved our time there. The whole property has been recently painted and wooden floors re-polished.

Help yourself to any of the herbs growing in the gardens. Depending on the time of year there may also be a few other goodies like strawberries, blueberries and tomatoes.
The back patio is secluded and for personal use but be mindful it is an allowed thoroughfair for other units to get to the front of the block.

There is a garage at the front of the property however at the moment this is used for storage. There is room to park in front of this so you can still park off-street.
The gardens are maintained both a weekly lawn moving service and also myself to water and weed the plants. I will be around to do this tasks at regular intervals.
