EPIC is a 6 min, traffic free drive. Private flat on lower level walk out of our home. The flat was designed as a grandparents suite, it includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, workout gym with Airdyne, free weights. 2 flat screen TVs. A fully equipped office is adjacent to the living area of the flat for a private work space or a crib placement for naps if needed. It offers two private spaces with the queen bed in the larger living area. Large sofa available for your child or teenager.

We live in a tranquil rural setting with horses on the 4 acre property. We are a quick 20 minute drive to the University and downtown restaurants. You will have 800 square feet of private space and a keyed private entrance with a stone patio and beautiful vistas.
We raised our family in this home and with the same neighbors for 30 years, this is a safe place to be for an escape from city sounds and bustles.

Flat includes a frig and coffee maker, two TV’s with cable, one for the gym area, one in the living area. Office is adjacent to the living space for a private work area.
You will have a private entrance with a keyed lock. A patio with chairs and a table is located as you walk out towards the glacial views and horse pastures.
