Walking distance to grocery stores, Walgreens, and local restaurants. Brand new carpet and premium mattress for a comfy, clean stay. Perfect retreat for a couple or just you!

Total 325 sq ft living space makes this cottage an intimate getaway for 2 or a cozy retreat for 1. With brand new carpet and queen size bed, this cottage will provide you with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Fully stocked kitchen allows for meal prep or the mini fridge will hold any restaurant leftovers.
Walking distance to the beach, Laguna Grande Park, Monterey County Fairgrounds and convenience locations. Short Uber ride to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Laguna Seca Raceway, downtown Monterey, Asilomar Beach, Lover’s Point, and Carmel-by-the-sea.

Wifi is provided and flat screen TV with Apple TV for your app viewing (Guest Netflix account already logged in for your convenience). Washer and dryer for guest use, iron with ironing board, first aide kit, and fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven.

Camera security system monitors the front of the property and the guest driveway which ensures safety without invading guest privacy. *Private driveway and street parking available. The property is on a DOUBLE LOT, our main home has the larger driveway. The cottage is behind the main house and has a much smaller driveway for guest use.
Unfortunately there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room. The laundry room does have a door which offers some privacy if traveling with an infant.

Nice and quiet even with moderate traffic on Hamilton. Walking distance to local police station, and public library. Also near Grocery Outlet as well as Safeway and Walgreens. 7/11 just down the street for last minute needs!

My husband and I have lived in the Monterey area for over 8 years. We bought our home in Seaside a few years ago and are about to welcome our second child. We absolutely love this area and are lucky to be a part of this great community. The cottage was already established when we bought the property and we have been working to upgrade it and make it as homey as possible for the many visitors to the Monterey area. My husband and I have lived in the Monterey for over 6 years now and absolutely love the area. There is so much diversity with the beaches and trails and other attractions. We bought this property last year and have been working hard to make it better and more comfortable for everyone. We will keep interactions minimal despite our close proximity, however, we will also be accessible for any last minute needs.
