Spacious, private, self-contained, studio Loft apartment with wardrobe, kitchenette and ensuite. Extremely clean premises with modern decor. Full continental breakfast is supplied.
Our home is in a convenient area of Hamilton South/The Junction that is very close to everything that Newcastle has to offer.
The Loft is accessible via a separate private entrance at the rear of our property and there is ample, free on-street parking.
The Loft will suit couples, singles or business travelers.

The Loft sits above our large garage and offers the following:
- fully equipped kitchenette
- ensuite
- comfortable queen size bed
- bedside tables and reading lamps
- electric blanket
- alarm clock
- wardrobe with hangers
- plenty of storage
- three seater lounge
- full length mirror
- 42" LCD TV
- Telstra TV (can be used with visitors’ own Netflix/Foxtel Now accounts)
- table with seating, placemats and coasters
- iron and ironing board
- spare towels and blankets
- reverse cycle air conditioner
- gas heater
- ceiling fan.
The kitchenette is filled with all the essential cutlery, crockery, knives, utensils, cups, napkins, cutting boards, wine glasses and champagne flutes. Appliances include a toaster, kettle, microwave/convection oven and bar fridge (no stovetop). Tea, milo, sugar, instant coffee and caffeinated/decaffeinated pods for the Nespresso machine are also provided.
Homemade welcome biscuits and a full continental breakfast are supplied. Breakfast includes cereals, bread/muffins/crumpets, instant oats, spreads/homemade jam, milk, juice and yoghurt. Bottles of filtered water are in the fridge.
The ensuite is stocked with body wash, soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and a vanity kit.
There is an abundance of natural light in the Loft and all windows are equipped with black out roller blinds.
We strive for green living so we only clean the Loft with Koh, Trinature and Green Action products.
A portacot and linen can be arranged upon request for a one-off fee of $15 for the duration of your visit. Please note from a safety perspective that the Loft is at the top of a set of stairs.

We have a beautiful under-cover outdoor area with a table, seating and TV that can be used for enjoying breakfast. Use of the pool and outdoor area at other times can be provided through agreement.

We provide spare bath towels in the Loft but ask they are not taken off the property. Beach towels can be provided for a cost of $5 each for the duration of your stay.

We love living in Newcastle with our three young children and we enjoy helping others to experience our city too. I am an engineer and my husband is a pilot. We have lived in Newcastle for many years and love our city-meets-beach lifestyle.

We will try to assist in any way we can during your stay and also provide plenty of privacy. We have a very comprehensive welcome guide in your room, including many suggestions for restaurants, pubs and cafes in the local area. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a 1km walk of our Loft. We are happy to help guests with more restaurant recommendations and bookings prior to arrival as we love helping guests enjoy Newcastle as much as we do! We also provide information in the guide about how to get around the area, local health services and day trip suggestions.
Our friendly mini Groodle dog, Eddy, will be excited to see you. We keep him fenced in our backyard because we don’t want him jumping on you and, as he is still learning, we don’t want him to get out the driveway gate.
