This quiet beachfront is dreamy and peaceful. Located on the tip of Sunset Point and below one primary resident. Come relax, recharge, and enjoy this newly remodeled 520sq ft. studio. Revel in the beauty and peace of beachfront. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and swaying palms, wake up to an early morning swim and spend the day snorkeling, biking, surfing. Great swimming spot directly in front and bikes offered.

Large shower bathroom, small kitchenette, TV, and wireless internet. Open floor plan for living room(see image), dining and sleeping (queen size bed). This unit is non-smoking Basic kitchen supplies as well as a microwave, toaster, hot plate and BBQ are supplied. Bed linens as well as shower & beach towels are provided and replenished weekly for long term stays. There is a locked storage area for your use. Beach Cruiser Bicycles, Mask & Snorkel Equipment, Beach Chairs, Ice Chests and an Umbrella are also available for your use. Ample off street parking available behind a locked gate steps from your entryway. In the winter months the surf comes alive and the surf community buzzes! In the summer months, the water is clear, blue, calm and warm.
