The historic McCabe-Lancaster House is across the street from the ocean and steps away from the beach access with a lifeguard stand. There is a circle driveway with ample parking in the back. You'll fall in love with this classic beach cottage with an open floor plan and nostalgic charm. Both levels of this cottage may be rented individually or as an entire home. This upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with an open kitchen, living and dining areas.

The lower level has a handicap ramp with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, one of which has a handicap shower and handicap assist doorway. Each floor has a large open porch with a swing, rockers, table and chairs. The upstairs has an additional deck with rockers, a chaise lounge and chairs. Both levels are accessed from outside. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Upon request a portable crib and high chair can be made available.
This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed.
