The apartment is 2 minutes ' walk to the Central beach of Alicante city. It is the center of the city, to the main streets 2 minutes walk, the Explanada, the Rambla, the Port. All the good restaurants, Central market castle of Santa Barbara.

Piso recientemente reformado,con los muebeles a estrenar. Esta situado en una de las principales calles de la ciudad con una conexion imerjorable con todos los medios de transporte,parada de Taxi,de Autobuses y de Tram.
Nuestro piso esta ubicado justo en frente del ayuntamuineto de Alicante, en pleno centro turistico de la ciudad. A dos pasos del portal esta la Playa,el Puerto, El Castillo De Santa Barbara, la Explanada y La Rambla, todos los lugares de interes turistico. La calle es de mucho paso, segura y tranquila a la hora de descansar. Las habitaciones dan a la parte interior de la casa,el salon y la cocina-office a la avenida principal.
El apartamento dispone de 5 dormitorios, salón , cuarto de baño con wc independiente y otro aseo . La cocina dispone de microondas, nevera, cafetera, tetera, tostadora, plancha. no hay posibilidad de cocinar.

Situated on the main avenue of the city ,close to the beach,to the harbour,to the Castle of Santa Barbara, to Explanada and Rambla. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars, it is located into the Old Cask. The street has no traffic and is very quiet, the rooms are located on the back of the flat this is why you can enjoy your staying and sleep well.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet . The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plancha. There is no way to cook food.
