Cleaning fee included! The Bunny Hole is a PRIVATE ground level Studio Apt just a 5 min hop from the gated entrance to the incredible beach and also the beautiful community pool. Smart TV with WIFI & Disney+. Bars/restaurants within walking distance. PERFECT for an adult couple who wants some getaway time at the Beach. Two beach chairs provided. Miles of bike paths along the Scenic Hwy.

PRIVATE, super-cute 350 sqf studio with private entrance, King-sized Serta with top-of-the-line Comphy® brand linens. kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker & 43"UHD Smart TV with fast WIFI. Table and chairs inside. French doors open to a tropical patio area with grill and concrete table. The Studio has no laundry facility but we will change out your towels as requested. Dishes, cutlery, and glasses are provided. We supply two backpack beach chairs with beach towels for guests. (PLEASE don't take the bath towels to the beach!)

You have access to the Bunny Hole studio, the grill area, ONE parking spot, the gated community pool and the private neighborhood beach gates. There is no vehicle parking available at the pool and private beach gates, but both are a short walk from the Bunny Hole.

Quiet time after 10 pm in The Beach Bunny House. Not silent...just quiet. We will not tolerate spring break type idiocy. Our county noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm - 6 am. 2 PERSON MAX ALLOWED
We, the owners, live onsite and are laid back, cool people. We only like to rent to quality, respectful people. If you are not, you will be made to leave.
Due to Covid-19 re-opening requirements for the vacation rental industry in Florida all decorative pillows and throw pillows will be removed from the unit. Also, all bed covers must be replaced with bed covers that are professionally laundered after each guest departure. Due to these recent requirements, the bedding in the photographs likely will not match the bedding in the unit.

Frangista Beach is a quaint beach neighborhood dating back to the 1940'S. There is a period chapel down the street and bunnies roam the streets. The gated Beach access is a short walk from the house and the heated pool is even closer. There are miles of jogging/walking/bicycle paths along the little scenic beach road and fantastic restaurants all around. Traditional stores like Publix, Winn Dixie & CVS & as well as Fresh Market and Whole Foods are a short drive away. Movie theaters, a water park, golf courses and a hospital...all very close by.

We live onsite in our own separate apartment of the Bunny House. We hope to meet our guests but sometimes our paths don't cross especially during short stays. We are available if needed.
