My guests have free access to every part of the house. Use the parking space, the terrace, kitchen, living room, rooms and both complete restrooms. They are also welcome to use the common area counting with a pool, jacuzzi, barbecue station, gym, restrooms and showers

No smoking is allowed inside the house and no pets. I will only ask to do the cleaning before you are gone and leave it as it was found.
